  • It's 11:05am ET and still not working, but they have a new error message when you log in that says: "The account you are trying to access is currently unavailable." Did it take them 24 hours to come up with this? We know it is not available, that is the problem!!!

  • What is the phone number for support services. They say you can contact the support hotline, but never give the number and since we can't log in to NetSuite you can't get the phone numbers. We are entering Day 2 of a critical disaster and all they can say is were are on it. Where is the redundancy that is supposed to be…

  • We have been down as well here in South Carolina/Georgia. I think they have a major outage and want to claim it is limited to Boston. Don't think that is true as our primary location is in California.
