The new merge behaviour is causing more work than before.. who designs this crap?

Also... the Duplicate Resolution Status page just seems to be accumulating history of merges since the upgrade.... will it ever clear?? Already I am scrolling many pages to see my latest failed merges, it's really good.

I think now it is a least twice as many clicks..... so boring edit, now thankfully at least it lists latest changes at the top of the status list page, somebody changed it!

The scrolling of duplicates continues! now deep into the Lithosphere of dups, I can say it is getting hot, lets see what the next days hold. I wait with baited breath that perhaps the 'date submitted' column will invert its listing values, saving me time & giving so much joy to the world.

So it is not the highest that is showing over all others it is oldest.. maybe there should be some transparency so the colours can come through? as it is the oldest results colour is overriding all others.. hope this is making sense! :)

But then when you view status, it takes you back to the other menu, so where is the logic? It does not affect me either way, but for a new user = confusion.

Tried IE8 same behaviour.. tried existing & new scorecard, the box does not show as selectable..

The lack of an 'All' selection in the pick list for custom filters seems to be a bug. The intended behavior is to have 'All' appear as a choice. I'll file this as a bug. Bummer I though this was a bug..................... :( It really stuffs the feature up in the real world for us.

Another thing... if we change the selection using the filters (say change the location) should the report title reflect the changes made? as it is now the title shows only the initial filters customised in the report.. not the changes made to the filters in the footer....

Hi there: User-selected filters work just like standard filters - they appear as dropdowns. Having them appear as pop-ups or some other way of addressing this large list of values issue is an enhancement; I'll make sure it gets filed as an enhancement. The lack of an 'All' selection in the pick list for custom filters…

Netsuite (and Americans in general) have trouble understanding 'timezones' outside the good old USA. Try looking at date stamps in your merge duplicate lists.... US timezones. They have caused us no end of &*$** **$*% by totally disrespecting our timezone. Good luck with the upgrade!

We do all our profit at this time of year (oct,nov,dec). This update has been a nightmare with daily disruption for over a week causing a large loss of faith in anything netsuite.. So yeah if you cannot deliver a working product, don't do it at this time especially! - you are hurting our bottom line.

Ok... so it seems it will be Saturday morning... Netsuite - a plea from someone that works weekdays... how about putting these upgrades through on a weekday? Makes sense to me. I can't think of why Saturday would be any better. This is A merica buddy, that is a Friday.

So when you go to merge duplicate and look at the date stamps for activity there, who's timezone do you think it should be? Eg. a new customer is created as a duplicate (AU today) should that say US time (yesterday) or AU time?
