Name/ID field updating to incorrect value YES now with the new behavior my name in the assigned to field on case searches is just my 'number' no matter how we change the preferences. Netsuite please confirm how sales to employees should be handled. 2 records for this is moving backwards imho.......... Messy :(

I would agree there is a problem with the design, but requiring us to use 2 records for 1 person does not seem like an elegant solution.. >joycb = will update your case with details..thanks!

We are finding your suggest solution to be impossible. We have hundreds of existing employees that would all now need to be using newly created customer records in place of the previous method. However when remove the customer role form the existing employee record the custjob view of the entity remains as transact-able.…

We had sites experiencing this outage/fail much longer than you indicate. problems lasted at least 4 hours+. Major pain. 176 transactions failed = 176 customers pissed off. Can you figure out that thing that failed and buy 2-3 for next time or something?

It was sorted out fast, the notice about maintenence went up on your status site & we were affected, despite not being in upgrade yet.. anyway it was only for a few mins.... it would be more cool if we did not get affected when other accounts get upgrade... also the critical errors today from our POS was through the roof,…

having status.netsuite realtime would be excellent (others do it) it would help with troublehooting - eg if I can say with confidence to my ISP 'it is Not Netsuite - it's You' that would be great. As it is I cannot.

I suppose you could classify not working at all as slow performance?? HA HA ! true!! I mean it did start working after some time... so it must have been slow performance! ping = 1800 secs?

Hello, We have verified from one of our customer that this is an issue with Telstra, Telstra confirmed, for unknown reason yet, they were blocking https://System.NetSuite.com . I have been seeing that message when making changes to old inactive custom records (where I am trying to get rid of unused records) - I have found if you just revisit an hour or so later you can do what you intended.

mmm, I am unsatisfied with dashboards also. 1 example is comparative sales (where you pick 3 ranges) this just will not publish. It will only publish 2 ranges, not 3. How to get Netsuite to deliver? I don't know.. It is just flakey in some areas, like this one.

again tonight 7pm onwards sydney time, Netsuite are saying Telstra is the cause but then at my affected sites other pages like google, etc are fine.

OK so we have been affected, we use Telstra. It is that the same other accounts? Also I heard NetSuite office in Sydney was also affected, someone must know what the real cause is?

I changed the field name to 'Inventory Item' this made the field that much wider.

Despite what status.netsuite says, we had down time yesterday also (short) at 6 locations across different states. We use Telstra, they had no issues either.... guess it was our imagination?
