Yang - really thanks for posting this. However I am new to setting up these links, I just tried for a while to get this sample to work but no luck. First I saved the sample text as a .js then I uploaded that as portlettest.js from there I could not figure how to link that file to the links part of the page? Hints? Thanks!

Yes - we are doing this & also several other things like disiplinary actions for our company policy violations and the great thing about the custom records is the permissions you can use on them. Can we build reports around these custom records?

Well, my accountant does ;) . Yes that is what I was after, showing the location... If this seems to nuts then no worries I can see there maybe other better ways for my accountant to get the info.

Yes, the transaction sublist on financial tab. Our Bill form is setup so we enter locations on the line items (expenses). Then for rec accounts would like to see that on the tab. Maybe we should change the bill form? It is easy for us to do many locations on one bill though. Thanks for assistance.
