I'm curious, Olivier Gagnon NC, do you happen to know why it functions in this manner and/or why there is no way to change it? It's so frustrating to have this occur when adding/updating a basic custom field completely unrelated to the Opp or customer status. Thanks in advance for any insights you may have :)

I'm confused, I just tried the script run on 12/10/15; using the file attached to Case 2313610. I'm happy to talk to someone else, though, if it will help get the defect resolved.

Hi Jacky, thank you for the reply. I have been working with NetSuite on a Case, and unfortunately neither of the solutions you mentioned above have worked to solve the issue for us. As a result, they now have filed a defect at S2 priority (358669).

Troy, sorry to hear you're having the same issue, though I'm selfishly glad to know I'm not alone. Just to confirm, there has been no progress on the defect case to date/the issue persists in my account as well. Perhaps you can request to be tagged on the defect case as well. Defect # 358669

To close the loop on this, I'm happy to report this issue has been resolved for us. We had to enable the feature Web Site Hosting Files Always Available (Setup > Company > General Preferences). We had only disabled this feature with 2015.1 when NetSuite changed the use of that feature to be applicable to ALL file cabinet…

schollguin@gmail.com , unfortunately I was not able to find a solution/direct workaround for either issue. It was solved it for us by abandoning the above design concept and switched to using a couple custom records, then displaying them on the entity in sublists. Good luck!

To close the loop in case this is helpful for someone else in the future- we learned that this functionality currently impacts the webstore function of the shipping item. For this functionality to effect the UI, there is an Enhancement (401454) with currently very few votes.

Before I move to install StickyNotes, can someone please confirm if it is available to be applied to Saved Searches? (in other words, is there an available list of record types SN can be used on?) The lack of Description field on Saved Searches is painful, and it would be great if StickyNotes could fill this gap.

We also were supposed to get RP access 1/30, but due to defect couldn't access it until after-hours yesterday. We're also upgrading before hours 2/15, so this leaves us with 6 business days for testing.

We're experiencing a similar error with file adds. Further, once the file error is displayed, the user is prevented from logging in, even after clearing browser cache!! Contacting Support now.

As of early this morning, we are also receiving the same type of undeliverable messages (noting "blocked using Spamhaus"). To confirm, according to NetSuite support, the issue with Sandbox refresh is not affecting all customers/data centers, but only some (they noted NA East and NA Northwest). No luck yet for us on pinpointing the issue; I filed a defect with NetSuite and so far the solution was to have the user recreate the searches using their new role. I think the issue had something to do with the user's Custom Role becoming corrupted (though we still don't know what caused that either). Good luck to you!
