On Friday, October 10, 2025, at 8:00 PM Pacific Time, our Case Management System will undergo a scheduled maintenance for approximately 4 hours. During this time, case creation via SuiteAnswers will be unavailable and inbound calls will be routed to Customer Service.

We are also running into the same issues. Customers who use to receive monthly invoices from us are no longer receiving them. I have had them check their junk mail/clutter and they can't locate them. It does appear to be an Office 365 issue, but we haven't found a solution yet.
