Hi, I have a full user license for them, but what role should I assign to this, so that they can see all transactions, but not edit any information?

Hi, I am reporting for UK VAT. I wish to run a report of all transactions that have been posted where a VAT code is not compulsory (ie. Journal entries) in case a transaction should have had a VAT code against it, but was not entered as the field is not compulsory. I can run reports for transactions that have been entered…
