@Amanda Edwards yes i did, that was my first option. I need to figure out the correct formula for the system notes field " context = bulk processing " since {systemnotes.context} = bulk processing is not it.

Hello @MJ NCO the issue has been reported as a defect " UPDATE AUGUST 19 - Netsuite came back and filed a defect, urgency level U2, targeted to be fixed within 2 days. Defect #784139 " Hope this helps
