They are definitely behind in webstore and e-commerce features. They talk about this "integrated system", but if you actually run a web store it is not very integrated with their back end at all. ychen- Can you give me a little more detail? We use it here and we pull the Sales Order number into the FedEx label. I am not sure you can do invoice number, since the invoicing is done after the shipping, at least we do. Not sure if you have it setup differently. Lee

No third party integrator, actually we are shipping FedEx, but without the integrated label at this point. We are just putting the tracking number in manually. We currently have the order number appear as "Reference 1" on the label.

Dan- Let me know if you get a solution for this. We noticed the same thing and I had to rename the shipping items to make them useable temporarily. Unfortunately, those now appear on the invoice and sales orders. ARGGH. Lee

I have seen examples of similar features being offered in the same draconian method. I am very interested in seeing how Netsuite replies to this comment.

Steven- We had a similar issue, except our was related to the "Non Taxable" status was set inactive as part of the 2011.1 release. Re-activating it resolved the issue. Lee
