Hello can anyone assist me with this?

This is the current setup

I have inventory Items that the company has been using for manufactoring, now they would like to use these and create assemblies/boms, then create the work orders

When revising the BOM, I can only choose the Assemblies I have created, also I have not seen a place in the creation of the Assembly to add inventory items to the assembly

Thanks Joy, I have done this but it only lists my Assembly Items that I have created. Which from my understanding, an Assembly Item should be an Item with a group of components, but for my assembly I cannot get that to function either.
