So we decided to uninstall the bundle and it got resolved after that. Still, NetSuite QA and Dev teams should be aware of this issue. They were not aware that they broke this bundle after their update last week.

Was it fixed? I have had the same issue in bank rec in NetSuite. It happens when I book bank charges under a state where my company has sales taxes nexus. Yup, as medelkow mentioned it was fixed last month ASAP. If you have some issues atm do report it ASAP to NetSuite Support.

Unchecking the signature and clearing the cache worked for us too. As a bonus we found that when we compose an email the signature is not there, but if we preview it, the correct signature is in place! Well for us, it's not just the signatures that are broken. Can't reply, reply to all or forward an email message (any record) if the email has used an email template. If you click the Email button to send an email, then you will reply; reply to all or forward that email; it would just show html codes and it is not…
