Hi Able, I have 5 scripts, 2 workflows… I do have something in workflows called "Terms on Subcustomers" but I see that only tells a child record to take the terms of the parent record. Do not see anything else that references the "terms". not sure what else to check,

Yes, I have read all your comments. Sorry, but your resolution did not answer the question nor solve the problem. I have however resolved the problem. Search created for any open IF's using the last known lot number of item. Then reviewed the open IF's and found what needed to be handled. Once that was cleared, it resolved…

Understood, however, the items I'm trying to move, are lot numbered items that are missing their lot number somehow which prevents me from moving the inventory and not sure how to correct that.
