@User_Y04XD I believe it is under Fields tab or the Subsists Tab > Items. Once saved, you would have to set it as a preferred form for restricted roles.

Following, I have had my set of issues with customizing HTML for statements there seems to be a disconnect when it comes to the mapping.

I used the adding the email field to ea. of my actions, all logs cleared on SB will need to try in production to see if the "timing" of emails is correct. Will also need to see how to copy WF over to production.
