This may be related to this earlier discussion: https://usergroup.netsuite.com/users/showthread.php?t=27039&highlight=logging I'm on a Mac, and I'm editing inline without any issues.

As Fergus mentions above, the only alternative is to use HTML layouts instead of PDF. This is a S1 Defect, so we should hope this to be fixed within the next few hours.
-
This now appears to be fixed.
-
Our Picking Notes print OK, but our Sales Receipt has 20+ custom elements - we use these for extensive customisation of the receipt - so we're now stuck with the standard HTML form until this is fixed. Looks really bad, but better than the customer not getting anything at all. Amazing that such a major issue wasn't spotted…
-
Same here, not able to print Sales Receipts at all.
-
OK, NetSuite - you've had 3 hours to sort out this massive defect. Can we have an update please?
-
This appears to have been caused by last nights eFix update to 2011.1.0.110
-
This is an S1 Defect. Defect # 203542
-
No sign if it here, and there's nothing I could see about this field in the Records Browser. Have you checked whether someone has created a new custom field and applied it to all forms? Mark.
-
Thanks Michael, You mentioned the defect (Issue 165128 : Setup > Customization > CRM Fields > New : Saves : throws error "System contention too high"). We have experienced this on entity, transaction and custom record searches. I think CRM records are the only ones that we have not experienced this on! I am surprised that…
-
Seems to be fixed here - Status says fixed at 11.47
-
Only our Sales Dept reported an issue - so suspecting it was related to Sales Orders and/or Cash Sale transactions. Any explanation NetSuite?
-
Happening here too, but only a small number of users.
-
Just want to add my name to the request for this feature - this is a seriously important thing to have. Essential for security procedures.
-
A little slow here, but no where near as bad as yours. Total 15.705 Server 11.897 (75.75%) Network 1.418 (9.03%) Client 2.39 (15.22%) Page /app/accounting/transactions/salesordermanager.nl?type=proc&whence= Time 23-Mar-2011 5:24 pm GMT 0

Have you checked your Phone Number Format in the General Preferences? Has someone changed it?
-
Not sure if this is related, but in the last week we've started having very odd issues with stock available/on hand too. For example, we've booked in 22 items of one item - but none are showing as available/committed/on-hand. We currently have a very high value of inventory that we have in our warehouse, but cannot sell…
-
Still broken for us. Was there a defect number for this? Mark.
-
Did your fix retrospectively fix all Committed errors, or just stop new ones?
-
Have you enabled Global Permissions in Setup > Enable features > Employees? If so, check these employees for permissions setup extra to that which their role would normally grant. Mark.

I'm still working through the silent patches that were applied with 2010.2! It really would be nice to have a full published list of all changes made to the system, rather than us having to find them for ourselves when one thing being fixed causes something else to break! Netsuite, is there any reason these eFixes aren't…
-
My own experience from the 2010.2 upgrade has been an interesting experience - we prepared very well indeed for the upgrade, we took full advantage of both beta periods that we had, and probably tested around 95% of all our main functionality. So when the upgrade came, we had no issues at all. However - since the upgrade…
-
My upgrade is happening right now, and there I was thinking that being a later upgrade would mean that all the bugs had been fixed by now!
-
Same here. Spent the last two days crafting some really nice looking forms - and now they look like my 6 year old daughter built them! :(
-
I've also raised it as a case - 1235287 Anyone else seeing this behaviour? Mark.
-
We've been experiencing exactly the same issue here since Sunday.
-
So Netsuite. Can you tell us how we pull together some pretty standard error reporting? One system, No Limits?
-
Typical conversation; "I can't see something I need to see" "What is it you can't see?" "Can't remember now" "What did the error message say?" "What error message" Would be so much simpler to have a list of all Permission Violations which could be listed by user - then life would be so much simpler!
-
Any progress with this? Does anyone have a solution to stop the Rate column on a Sales Receipt showing up to 6 decimal places??
-
My mandatory fields all seem to be working as expected. Are these system driven mandatory fields, or ones you're setting with scripts/workflow?
