Hello GGKoul1, Create a new saved search. Under Criteria select Formula (numeric). 1. Set formula to : In this formula replace {DATE2} with the field date corresponding to your most recent date and {DATE1} to your older date. This formula will return the number of minutes between the two dates. 2. Set Formula (Numeric)…

Thanks, I'd guessed that was going to be the issue. Does anyone know whether there's a way to do a "Case When {Shipmethod} CONTAINS 'express' then {number} end" formula?
-
Thanks for the confirmation. One more thing cleared up - lets just hope it doesn't change :) Mark.
-
Thanks for this, this is what I initially assumed. Just ran a test, and it actually seems that it takes the stock holding at the end of the day. Here's the example I ran. 2 items sold - 11th June Worksheet for 10th shows 4 Worksheet for 11th shows 2 Worksheet for 12th shows 2 So, if I needed accurate stock for the end of…

When you send the details over to your shipper, combine the Sales Order and the Item Fulfillment number, this will then give you a unique reference - "SO1234-IF4321"
-
In SetUp > Company > Printing, Fax & Email - Email, you can set a global bcc for all outgoing emails from NetSuite. This will probably give you more than you need, but you could then filter them at the mail server, to get what you need.
-
You should be able to simply put a local in-house email address in this field - this will then give you an archive of all the certificates sent
-
Having done further tests on this, bizarrely we have found that when the Status of the Sales Order is "Billed" this actually means it's been shipped, rather than being billed. Is this really the expected behaviour? is there no way to show that a Sales Order has actually been billed - before shipping?
-
Yes, we have a similar field that our own auto-billing script also populated - but this still leaves us with the transactions which are manually billed. I'm just finding it annoying that there are several fields which look like they should "In theory" work, but none are returning a result. "Amount Paid" "Date Billed" "Paid…

What's the situation regarding item values for Inventory Transfers - we have numerous items that have a 0.00 average cost because the last transaction was am IT and it carried no value.
-
This number will also include any stock which is currently on an approved (non received) Transfer Order.
-
Actually - it's looking that although the Inventory Transfer doesn't show a cost when you view it listed, it does seem to move a cost with the goods. What is actually the problem, is that old issue of Item Receipts created when receiving in stock from a Returns Authorisation. NS added a makeshift fix in 2011.1 which…
-
On a related note, as anyone been able to set up Shipping Rules for Handling to charge a percentage Handling rate, only when the order is over a value threshold? For several countries, the duty only kicks in after a certain value has been reached.
-
You need to set the preference "Show Non-Inventory Items on Printed Forms" You'll find this in SetUp > Accounting > SetUp Accounting - Order Management
-
Correcting for the sake of others looking for the setting: Odd, it's different on my account (maybe a UK edition thing) - apologies for any confusion.
-
Well after a lot of testing, we discovered that if you have your Picket Ticket list filtered to only show items Committed (not that unusual an option), Gift Certificate orders don't show. Seem that because it's a non-physical item, it can never be committed. I'd have though that it should be the other way around, and that…
-
Another idea which springs to mind, but I haven't tested this at all, is whether or not you could sort your Picking Note by Bin Location? That way, if you're using Bins, and they're logically laid out, you'll be picking Bin by Bin. Mark.
-
Thanks Irma, I tried that, but the Description Items are still not appearing :( Regular Non-Inventory Items appear with this option set, but not Description Items. If this a defect? Thanks. Mark.
-
Still no idea why it's happening (and only started since 2010.1), but hopefully stopped it happening again by disabling the "allow overides" option for auto-numbering.
-
Finally managed to get in via another user resetting my password - looks like the password reset option in the Preview Release isn't working. Now just having to suffer the absolutely dreadful speed performance of the Preview Release server - feels like it's running on a 186 machine!
-
Now getting "An unexpected error has occurred. Please go back and try again." :(
-
Typical, 5 minutes after sending out a company-wide email inviting everyone to log on and check out the new version, the damn thing falls over!
-
The Password Reset issue is a defect. Defect #- 299709 Release Preview 2014.2> Forgot Your Password> Answer the Security Questions> User does not receive a temporary password
-
Same here now - it's simply timing out. The login page comes up quickly, but once submitted it just sits there.
-
Same here - we've actually requested a change of date, so I assumed it was part of that (although it's not moved to the date we requested)
-
Back up for me now - I'll keep everyone off it for a while. :)
-
Can the data on the note be pulled into saved searches, etc?
-
Actually, I think they are - as has been previously mentioned, way too many users have poor password security (written down on the keyboard, etc) and anything which allows us to put an extra level of security in the system is more than welcome. Sure, everyone here hated having to do it, but they understand the need.

None of my dashboard graphs are showing We've seen the same issue. If you go into the user preferences, and change the "Required FieldNumber of Rows in List Segments" number (to anything) - when you go back, you should then find that the graphs work again. However, once you log out and back in again, they' re back to being…

Whilst I love the feature, and can already see it making my life easier - we have come across an issue. When the page loads, the timeline widget is the last thing to load, and when it finally loads (even if collapsed) , it nudges the page down. This means that users who are busy clicking links to view other data, sometimes…
