To put a link to your suitelet you must go into the suitelet Deployment and click on the Links Tab. Then select the Center (for example Classic Center) then in the Section select Reports.

Hello, I would start with an Item Search. Then as Filter Type: Inventory Item Transaction Fields... Transaction:Type = Sales Order Transaction Fields... Transaction : Quantity Committed Greater than 0 That should do it for the search of the Committed Inventory Items. Regards.

I don't know the nature of your support cases but if research is involved, could it be that this employee has a hard copy of the work to be done and the doing it manually from home and then entering everyting in NetSuite the following day he/she gets back to the office. Basically if you cannot find any trail in NetSuite as…

Hello Raul, What I would do it to import those Credit Memos in a temporary Custom Record. Then write a simple User Even or Scheduled Script on the Custom Record to Create Credit Memos for you with the info. Should be very easy to do. Hope this helps,

Can you give us more detail? What'S the error message in the CSV Result. Can you post an example of what you say NetSuite did not like? Regards,
-
No! The Tax Code is definitively Failing your Import. Not because it's the wrong tax code but because you mapped the Tax Amount -> Tax Code! As for the leading Zero, Insert a New Column (which will become column E) in your CSV File and Format that column as Custom and put 7 zeros for that column. Then for each row use the…
-
Hello, The reason your CSV Import is failing is not because of the Generic column but because you are setting an incorrect tax code. Column A gives you the error "Invalid purchasetaxcode reference key 28.71." I think the problem might be in the Mapping part of the Import process. For the Generic and CODE column I suggest…

Hello, I have not seen any places that you can do a CSV import of Shipping Item with their tables for pricing according to weight.
-
Yes, technically if you know you are adding new records you should use the Add. The way we use the External ID field is to keep a permanent link between your NetSuite records and your CSV file. That way the link is never broken as you map InternalId(NetSuite) - InternalID (CSV) That way when you want to update a lot of…
-
There's a couple of things to make sure when you import something using CSV import. If you Import using Add, technically speaking it will only create records. If something exists, it will not create another or otherwrite. If you importe using Add or Update, then you will have data overwritten when you import and the engine…

From what I know, you cannot expose the images stores in the Live Hosting Files to the Item Record. Also I am not sure that you can copy or move files stored into this folder to the Images Folder in the Root of the File Cabinet. What you can do it to download the entire folder where your 1600 images are stored and the…

I had to ask the company owner last day where he did get his first kiss since I had to log into his profile to fix something for him  Would have been great if we could have used Google Authenticator or some kind of SMS Code verification.

Contact Support to change your email for the usergroup. You cannot put any email to join the user group. It has to be associated with an email that has login access in some NetSuite Account. As far as I know, only support can update your email address.
-
I would change my password ASAP or check in the Login Audit Trail to see if it's really not someone from a different IP logging in. If it's in the same office that will not help. Regards,
-
Thank you very much Evan. Indeed that setting got checked somehow during the night. Have a great day.

If it can help here's the case number that I logged at NetSuite: 1402969. I did not followup up on that case number cause it required too much troubleshooting on my part, disabling add ons one by one to see if one of them was causing that weird behavior. Sometimes I would send an Email from NetSuite on a Quote or Invoice…

Hello, I have noticed the same behavior using IE only. It has not been happening with FireFox or Google Chrome. In some instances I got the message "Record Successfully Deleted" when I did not delete anything. I filed a case at NetSuite and they thought it was an Add-On in IE causing that. Regards,
-
 :h_a_w:

The Only way I know of changing your Email account is to file a Case with Support. They will do the change for you. Regards,
-
Any Update on that Defect? We are also getting the same message on every Vendor Bill we create.
-
Happy to hear that. I'm glad I could help. Have a nice day.

Who is the Sales Rep on the Lead/Customer? Have you check the Role Restriction for the Sales Rep. Regards,
-
The only issue that I've noticed on our side is that a Saved search that would normally fire an email on record created or updated is no longer doing it. Regards,
-
Hello, You are not alone :) We have experienced the same problem even with other version of Chrome. Clear your Browsing history, close your browser and log back in. Everything should work fine. Regards,
-
It seems that it was a temporary issue that is now fixed (at least on our side). Regards,
-
Hi Mark, check this thread, you have the Defect number of some people who seem to have had the same problem: https://usergroup.netsuite.com/users/showthread.php?t=24713 Regards,
-
Hello Mark, If I'm not mistaken, yes it did fix all the previous and new ones as well. Regards,
-
Hello Brian, I am not sure you can do that. If you start a message from NetSuite, a Hash is generated to be used in the Reply To email address. However if you want to have better delivery rates and you send a lot of Messages through NetSuite, you might want to configure DKIM. Regards,
-
I think what you would need is what NetSuite calls Inbound Single Sign-on. Have a look at the documentation: SuiteFlex (Customization, Scripting, and Web Services) : Single Sign-on : Inbound Single Sign-on

Yes we have been having the same issue for a while now. This is very annoying. We have filed a case (#1186927). There is also a Defect #184168 prioritized as S2.
