Hi Pratik, Thanks for the suggestions. The role already has “Reports Customization” set to Full, so I believe the issue is likely due to restrictions imposed by the bundle itself. I’ll follow up with the bundle publisher to confirm whether this is the case. Best regards, Mary
-
I’ve already done that — I copied the bundle-customised role and tried to change the permission level for Reports > Financial Statements. However, in the dropdown menu, only “View” is available — I’m unable to change it to “Edit” or “Full.” It seems like the permission is restricted due to the way the role was created…

Hi Pratik, Thanks for the tip — that’s exactly what I did. I went to: Setup > Users/Roles > Manage Roles > Edit Role > Reports tab > Financial Statements, and confirmed that the permission level is already set to View. However, I’m not able to change it to Full or Edit. It looks like the role was created via third-party…

Hi Clarissa, Thank you very much for your detailed investigation and explanation. I’ve followed the alternate solution and was able to complete the setup by manually creating the year, quarters, and base periods for 2051. It was indeed a bit time-consuming, but it worked. Thanks again for your support and for clarifying…

We are attempting to set up accounting periods for the fiscal year 2051 in NetSuite but are receiving the following error message: "Illegal year format or value. Examples: 1999, 2000, 2001, etc." We’ve successfully created accounting periods up to 2050 with the function Set Up Full Year , so we suspect this may be due to a…

Hi Clarissa, Could you please send me the link of SuiteIdeas and of the enhancement? I cannot find them on Suite Answers or Help. Kind regards, Mary

maybe you know a better way to get the DEBIT and CREDIT amount?
-
this is the transaction detail report that I have customised, adding the column CREDIT; multiplying the qty x amount.

Thanks so much @Clarisa De Torres, @Akhil_k_t, and @Chelsea Jacobs for your helpful insights! It’s good to know that the system currently only supports one set of terms per customer, and I really appreciate the confirmation and practical advice. I’m leaning towards implementing a workflow at the transaction level to…

Thanks, Micah! This was very clear and helpful. I followed the steps and was able to memorize the transaction without issues. Appreciate the SuiteAnswers references too — very handy!

Hi Patrick, thanks for your answer. And could we customise the Cash Flow Statement to show only part of the movement of this account by any class or cost centre? Kind regards Mary
-
However, on the Cash flow statement we usually need the movements of fixed assets, not the total amount, but only the purchases and the sales of the fixed assets. How can you be sure that you only select the purchases and sales of fixed assets and not the whole amount of fixed assets?
-
Cash flows from investing activities Proceeds from sales of long-term assets purchases of property, plant and equipment purchases of intangible assets interest received Do we need the Fixed Assets Modul to calculate this?
-
Thanks for your answer. Could it be possible to create a Nexus as a Group for only some specific subsidiaries with SuiteTax?
-
Yes I can see that now. Thanks !
-
Thanks Patrick. Yes I can see the subsidiaries on this Navigational Path. However I cannot see in the reports the subsidiary in the footer. Maybe they have customised something in the system, that I can not see. Kind regards, Mary
-
I can see only Set Up > Company > Subsidiary Settings Manager And I cannot see in the reports the subsidiary in the footer. Then I assume that I don't have OneWorld.
-
Thank you very much Patrick. How can I check if OneWorld is enabled properly in our account?
