Hi @Michelle Jabanes-Oracle The Standard PO form has this detail in Actions, but i'm looking to send Outsourced POs (ie for manufacturing). In this case, the Standard Outsourced PO form doesn't have any Action buttons available except Print GL impact - as per below. Any thoughts? Thanks, Mat

Thanks @Elychelle Gulen-Oracle - i checked out your suggestion and neither the standard nor our customized form ("Standard Outsourced Purchase Order") have any save activities on the Standard Actions tab. When i click the Email link in Actions then it shows a pop-up as below
