Fair enough, case #5646364 opened on March 15 which later morphed into #5683065 on April 8, neither has an end in sight.

@Patrick Fresnosa-Oracle - From my original post. Vendor Support: This is one of those cases where NetSuite and Amazon have had no idea what's happening and the escalations have existed for a while with both sides.
