I think what you are refering to is the special order and not drop ship. That way, the P.O. will be sent out to the vendor to ship to you to fulfil the order. Just select special order on the item record.

You should be able to do so from the item record. Un-check "drop ship" and checkoff "special order"

I believe we are sending out HTML versions.

I am clicking "Save and email" but the customer is only receiving a copy of the "Sales Order" not the HTML Web Order Confirmation email I created in Website > Customize Text section.

You do not need to write a script. All you need to do, is set NS to do real time authorizations and set the fraud module of the gateway to verify billing information. We use PayFlow Pro and its easy and works like a charm.

Hi robmccreedie, Do you send out the emails through NetSuite or a third part such as iContact, ConstantContact or etc? Also, in order to segment, do you require NetSuite's Analytic module? Also, has anyone use a third part solution that can give some direction?

Now, our payment gateway - CyberSource - is no longer listed on the Sales Order form so we cannot take offline orders!
