John's correct! NetSuite doesn't currently (with the current checkout) support Bill Me Later. However, I believe that it may be now or later an option with the new One-Page Checkout. In the meantime, you can use it via PayPal directly (since it's theirs away).

Are you trying to refund AFTER 30 days of transaction date? I am not 100% certain, but I think PayPal does not allow you to refund after 30 days. I "think" we had that issue as I overheard my accounting once talk about it.

I think you need the NetSuite Analytics module and then write a script or two to accomplish this. I am told it is doable.

We used them for a very short trial period. If I recall, the code is needed to be placed on the Order Confirmation page which can be done via the Checkout TAB. I don't recall having any issues installing the code.

I was referring to LTV of customers who purchased from a particular category. For instance, what is the LTV of an Incontinence customer?

The way I understand it is that NetSuite updates the tax tables as needed and we need to manually download the new version into our NetSuite account.
