What about creating a user group for Uruguay? Anyone I should talk to?

I would create a user event that fires on create of an item receipt of a purchase order. It iterates the line items and looks for orders partially fulfilled that contain them and which need less quantity that what was received. It can get more complex if you'd like to allocate the quantity when received. We've done a fair…
