  • Hi Amy, I was told that Cybersource is where to get detail reports, both VI/MC & Amex. Let me know if you need more detail to get to them. I'm curious as we are just now goingLive, where are you getting the detail breakout for VISA and MC now? I might be missing something?

  • I am looking for other NS customers that currently, or formerly used any of the following credit card processors...Concur, Expense Cloud, or Nexonia? Which do you recommend and why? Or why not? Any other sources for processing credit cards transactions?

  • Hello Sapan, We are a USA Corporation and collect tax on Canadian shipments, and I agree with Shaun. Netsuite does have the ability to handle canadian nexus. You may want to work with tech support to set this up, we had a lot of trouble, all ok now though.

  • That's the whole point....there were only about 20 when the COA was activated.....Everest COA has tons more than that....and trying to determine which ones I can do away with because the systems are operating differently is like pulling teeth.
