This has been working fine for us on both bank and credit cards with Chase for many months now. All good.

I saw another comment that said Chase "Treasury Ignition" was still working. I wonder if I can get our Chase rep to set this up for our accounts. Otherwise I told him we may be looking at moving to one of the other 8200 banks that is still supported.

All my NetSuite and Chase account reps would say is that it's being worked on, no ETA. Having just manually downloaded and cleared quite a few bank and credit card accounts, I'm feeling the pain.

Yes I'm really looking forward to manual imports of all our Chase accounts and credit cards again... I asked our NetSuite and Chase account managers for info on timeline for a fix. This adds hours to our work each month, and makes our data much less timely.
