  • Found a resolution! I've edited the Audience on the Deployment record for script SAS Approval List SU which was set to All Roles. This then prevents the "Review Documents Awaiting Approval" list from being displayed (it doesn't stop the portlet from being available, but does prevent users seeing sensitive information)…

  • Thanks for testing Angela - unfortunately we need employees to be able to enter Expense Reports and Purchase Orders so I'm not sure this solutions fits this use case.
