Hi @Alexsandro_Brazil_Oracle, What are your criteria for each search? I suggest exploring the Suite Analytics and using the Sales (Invoiced) and Transaction Detail datasets to create new datasets to use in a workbook. You can set criteria and fields in the workbook. See example below. For reference please see below…

Thank you for confirming. Please send me the screenshot of the workflow logs when the affected user is trying to view the JE.

Thank you for keeping this thread updated, @KNason76. Can you please check in Home > Set Preferences > Transactions tab > Printing section > Is PDF set in Transaction Email Attachment Format? Are there any certain users or roles who cannot view the PDF attachment? Are you using the standard PDF or the advanced PDF template?

Hi @HoJo, I filed a case on your behalf to further investigate these errors. Kindly wait for the support rep to email you and please continue to work on the case created. Regards,

Hi @gburnham Apologies for the late response. The only way we can provision an Administrator role in sandbox is to ask the other administrator to add the role in your employee record or a refresh if there is no other administrator aside from you. Regards,

Hi @SWSearcy,, Where are you seeing this owner field in the file record? As per my testing, my name appeared in the System Notes as the person who created the file and not the owner of the folder. See screenshots below. Folder: File: Thanks,

Interesting. Can you please send me a screenshot of your custom role with all the permissions and restrictions assigned? Thanks!

Thank you for checking, Ammar. What subsidiary was assigned to this custom role? Try enabling Allow Cross-Subsidiary Record Viewing and let me know if this works. Regards,

Hi @Micah Timbol-Oracle! I'd really want to visit Switzerland. I read in some articles that Switzerland is easy to get around and move on to another destination. Aside from its breathtaking views, the country has different traditions and even languages.

TIP #2: In some cases, the entity name is removed or is missing from the record. This is because of the auto-generated number for the entity record. To show the entity name, you will need to manually tick and re-tick the auto checkbox for each of the entity records. This will replace the auto-generated entity ID with its…
