Hi @User_Q1DPO, Hover your mouse over the upper right corner of your NetSuite page, where you can see your name. This will display all the roles assigned to you. If the desired role is not listed, please contact your company's administrator or IT team to request access.

What is the center type of your custom role? Try customizing an Accounting Center, specifically the A/R Clerk role. You should be able to see the employees unless the role is restricted.

That’s odd—based on the permissions you have, you should be able to access the emails. It seems there might be an issue with the role. I recommend recreating the role and assigning it to this user.

Hi @BM136, Based on my testing, let say we want to remove the Sales Order from the KPI dropdown list, I removed all the permissions related to its KPI, including the Sales Order, Invoice, and Cash Sales permissions under the Permissions > Transaction tab, as well as all the Sales reports under the Permissions > Reports tab.
