Yes, that is correct. It can't be deleted in bulk. I checked for an existing enhancement request, but found none. I suggest submitting one at SuiteIdeas.

As per checking, deleting the rejected booking in bulk is not available and as a workaround, you can delete rejected bookings via XML API. Related SuiteAnswers 13651 Delete Users in Bulk in OpenAir.
