Hi @User_2LD8N I would like to confirm that you went to Customer Record > Sales > Transactions and opened the sales order from there. Have you tried to clear your browser's cache and history and also use a different browser to check if it will work? Are there any particular errors when you try to open it in a new tab?

Hi @Richard Appleford OB, You should be using the URL containing the Account Specific Domain (e.g. https://12345.netsuite.com) wherein 12345 reflects the Account ID to ensure that the images will render even if it is sent to a secured network. I hope this helps.
