Just for a little more clarity. We use OpenAir and the Revenue Rec Rule is defined so that it hits a certain Service (Netsuite Item). We are using the Advance Revenue Management (ARM) feature of Netsuite and my understanding is I can create a Recognition Rule but no idea if this is correct or how I would set this up.…
