Ryan, The proper syntax is 'formula (currency)' and {pricelevel1}, not {pricelevel[1]}. Is this a known issue? Does anyone have the defect # so I can create a case and hopefully help push it along? Edit: I ended up just marking up the entire email with inline css and using the squiggly braces { and }. Not ideal, but it works.
