Did you guys ever find a good way of dealing with this? Right now I'm submitting my matrix sub-items to google with links to their parent item page... I'd like to figure out a way to pre-select the matrix item options via a formula & url paramaters.

Rex, thanks taking a stab at the problem - but as refurbups said, unfortunately it has no effect. We already had that box unchecked. Can someone from netsuite give me a good way to require last name on checkout without the need for client side scripting or a custom field for last name? :confused:

Enhancemnet 106648: Web Store Registration > Please add the ability to have the Name field switched to First Name and Last Name fields based on whether new customers are created as Individuals or Companies Just added my vote. Just wondered if you ever found a way to expose line-item level data from the customer's shopping cart, such as qty? I'm trying to make a saved search that will let me see the custom transaction option values on cart items.

I'm testing the email notification by entering a sales order in the back end and billing it. Maybe someone here can answer this question.. On promo codes there is an option to apply the discount to all sales or first sale only. But netsuite's documentation is really vague about what first sale only means. Does that mean the customer can use it only once, or does it mean that its only valid on their absolute FIRST…

Thanks for the reply Joyce! I figured out why my customer was getting the coupon code expired message. Apparently the partner associated with the coupon code must be set as the customer's primary partner. Seems really silly, and I can't see partner coupon codes being set up to work that way by design. I was about to make a post. It doesn't look like our NS hosted site is down but it is CRAWLING. We're starting to get phone calls from irate customers. I'm seeing page load times of 20+ seconds.. Could be that your browser is just timing out. Of course status.netsuite.com isn't very helpful to see what's going on :(

Have you guys tried to force NS to refresh your site cache by editing your site template, hitting save and then changing it back and re-saving? That tends to help issues that arise after an update... at least that's been my experience.

Brett - this worked great. As a SS newbie I went ahead and used the workflow manager to automatically populate my shadow custom field. Super easy workaround to a problem that's bugged me for years!

I've had this very same complaint once or twice from customers. We never did figure it out, as I was never able to reproduce the problem. The customers eventually got through it by trying over again... It would be nice if someone could shed some light on the matter.

I did the workaround that BK0001 suggested, but all the hard-coded links on our site are going to be broken including ALL the email-generated visitor's clickthru pages... wonderful timing for a system breakdown! Would someone from NS address this problem as soon as the cause is known?

I just integrated PayPal Express Checkout into our SCA web store and this is still an issue! The PayPal checkout button is stacked right under the standard checkout button with 0 padding and no " OR " text in between them...
