You can add the script logic in the process for example when clicking an element or from going to the next page of the process. -Mikko

Hi @User_SZ0C3 , there is no specific timeline for this to be exposed in web service and this is being reviewed by the product management. Basically, since it is possible to retrieve the value using Saved Search, we then can make use of it to place in a container(e.g custom field) then retrieve it using Web Service API.…

Hi @Prtk , thank you for updating the thread for your findings. You may relate the query to TransactionAccountingLine tables to get the related amount. -Mikko
-
The second article is using Suitelet and you need to have the Electronic Bank Payments SuiteApp in order to make use of it. -Mikko
-
Do you still need assistance on this concern or is the transactionaccountingline the table you are looking for? -Mikko
-
Hi @Prtk , could you clarify if you wanted to view the Currency Revaluation Record or the related Currency Revaluation in a Transaction? -Mikko

Hi @Jeffrey Klayman , generally speaking, you may want to check the integrations that NetSuite has to offer. See article for reference. Upon checking as well, the app store connect uses REST API, you may want to start exploring on NetSuite REST Web Services. -Mikko

Hi Apollo @User_SZ0C3 , The amount foreign currency is not exposed on Web Service, you may want to use Saved Search and use the result to save it somewhere for example custom field and retrieve it using Web Services API. This is also log under enhancement # 550725 Web Services (WS) > Expose Amount Remaining (Foreign…

As mentioned, this would not be possible. I would only advise to submit an enhancement request for this type of concern. -Mikko

Hi @lilywu , you may want to look into this article. This is a standard behavior and the workaround for this is to create Custom Workflow Action. -Mikko
-
Have you tried using Search Operation? Create a Customer Saved Search and on the Results Tab, choose Dunning Field..(join search) and choose what field you want to retrieve. Then begin the Search Operation on Web Service using the Id/ScriptId of the newly created Saved Search. -Mikko

Hi @hunter sorry for the confusion. It seems the email was sent based on the PO Approval workflow, you can check that workflow and see the Send Email Action on the Approved State. Double check if the body is similar to what you are looking for. Then double check the Allow Default Email on Purchase Orders using SuiteFlow…

Unfortunately, you have to check it manually one by one. the Actions of the WF is not yet available for Searches. At least start from the active ones. -Mikko

Thank you @Gaurav_NS for sharing your insights! Additionally, if the value returned -1 meaning the script doesn't recognize the field. It means it is not scriptable. You may check the Records Browser for the available fields that are scriptable. -Mikko
-
Would it be possible to provide the script you are currently working? You may remove if there are confidential information in the script. Also, is the checkbox custom field or standard field? -Mikko
-
I also tested this on POSTMAN application and SOAP WS UI bundle, both returning the scriptId. It seems this only happens on .NET 6. This should be a possible defect or a limitation on .NET 6. Would you mind if I get your account details(via direct message) to file a case on your behalf so the support team can look into it…

-
Would you be able to submit a support case so they could determine if this could be a potential defect on the .NET 6 and check your account as well. -Mikko
-
Hi @hunter , while checking the script. You may also want to check other workflow that has send email action. -Mikko

Hi @Benjamin Paul - USA , what API are you working on? For Web Services, you can load the Saved Search created via UI as well. -Mikko
