Apologies for late response, @User_SZ0C3. That is the standard process on how to deal with discount as per the SuiteAnswers Article. You may want to double check your process when using SOAP for Customer Payments. -Mikko

If the desired value does not appear on tables available, you then have to modify the query to achieve the desired value. For instance, running total from the beginning of time as you have mentioned. -Mikko

You have to include the tax fields in the payload when working with REST API. Does trying this payload works on your end? -Mikko

You can check again the role of the user for web service to not be using 2FA since the current custom role falls to user that requires 2FA. Then, if you are starting with the TBA integration record, you should be considering the Authorization Flow instead of issuetoken endpoint. You can still achieve your goal through REST…

Hi Jenny, Since you have enabled taxdetailsoverride, you have to manually set the tax fields in the payload when submitting the request. See reference for the available tax fields in REST Web Service. -Mikko

Hi @ssilveri777 , Apologies for delayed response. You may use the tables(transaction, transactionline, transactionaccountingline) in NetSuite2.com to get similar data from ACCOUNT_PERIOD_ACTIVITY. To get the desired data, you have to manipulate the query based from your requirements. Let us know if this helps. -Mikko

Would you be able to provide the UE script that contains the HTML script? Also, have you used a single class "collapsible" for the 2 fields you are trying to customize? Additionally, we do not advise to directly use DOM for customizing the record. We only advise to use native SuiteScript APIs for customization. See article…

For Basic Support Type of an account, that is correct. However, if the account you are handling is using different support type, then you can submit a case. Upon further checking on this, it seems deleted entity records could be the reason you are receiving such error. See article for reference. -Mikko

Hi @User_7D2KD , would you be able to submit a case to support team? They would be happy to assist you with your concern about the users in your farapp account. -Mikko
