Hi @Eklon Eleuterio , this is related to an enhancement #467970 SDF > Allow Downloaded Objects to have Account Specific Values instead of being replaced by [ACCOUNT_SPECIFIC_VALUE]. The connection URL looks fine. Just make sure this is the one in your Company Information URLs. Could you please check on your IT if they do whitelist NetSuite's IP Address and if the port: 1708 is not blocked? Upon checking, the one that got the error on account lock is using Administrator Role. -Mikko
