Michelle, it sounds like you are publishing to the Standard CEO role. I am trying to do the opposite. I have the Standard CEO role, for which the dashboard has been customized, and I would like to publish it to another custom role. So, CEO Standard role, to CEO - User customized.

In the CEO role, you don't have the option to Publish Dashboards. What are you referring to by settings?

There was a permission that was missed in a script update. It now works.

Oddly enough, the custom button is not in the list to remove. There is a selection for custom button, but there is no way to specify the button I created in state 1.

I made a few changes per your recommendations and I am still getting the results of the changed form. I have added screenshot of the log. It looks as if it is changing but it is not changing.

So I created a new workflow to change the form based on the title name. When I view or edit it is still not making the form change. Here are a few screen shots. I am still not getting any changes to the form.

In your second option, you mention an Edit Record action, I do not have that as an option when selecting a new action. Is this because I am using a scheduled workflow?

Sorry for the delay. I have a question about the saved search to uncheck the check box. If you are unchecking the check box by the fiscal year, how would it know to check the box when the review has been completed without it getting unchecked again? Thanks,

Thanks for the relay. I think this would work for 90 and 180 day reviews. However, what would you do for yearly reviews? Would you have to have 10 checkboxes for an employee who has been with the company for 10 years? Thanks
