I hope you have installed the SCA bundle in Sandbox, if it is right, then cmsPagesUrl shoud point to sanbox url. Override the CMSadapter.model.js module.

Thanks David. Netsuite filed a defect for our issue and it was resolved. Decommitting inventory detail for line #1 should not happen in your case. Please check with Netsuite.
