Hi @Michelle Jabanes-Oracle Thank you so much for your suggestion, I was able to resolve the issue with the workaround you suggested. But the only difference is I used my Oracle email in place of Netsuite email(as unable to add Netsuite email as given you the screenshot in your inbox).

@Tybrneryan @lbassel-Oracle @_Naresh_-Oracle We are three persons facing the issue now. When I reached out to the Netsuite IT team, They were not able to resolve my issue. Hope someone can provide a resolution for our issue. @admin if this can be escalated or prioritized, it'll be a lot of help!!
