Hi Dominica - We both know that SuiteIdeas don't go anywhere. This idea has existed since at least 2015. That's 7 years. No, you don't have my understanding. I don't understand how NetSuite prioritizes other than always looking to make more sales by adding features.

This has been a problem with NetSuite for probably 15 years. I suspect it could be fixed with probably 50 hours of work. It's annoying and makes NetSuite look like a low-quality product. Hi, You could add another state to the workflow as indicated. Use actions like this to set the next approver field Next approver = user.manager Next Approver = nextapprover.manager Next approver = VP Next Approver = GM You can have 4 states that map to your approval layers. that's the easiest way.
