it's working now. support did nothing to help though. all they did was close my case and tell me that i need to pay more money for phone support. this counts as a How To question. I can't wait until the next unexpected error. I'll just remember that "Please click here to notify support" means nothing and a waste of time.…

same here. i have like 10 items that has auto-calculate purchase lead time. netsuite automatically auto-calculated lead time to be over 365 days.
