Hi @Elychelle Gulen-Oracle No, that's not the case Thanks, Nickey
-
Hi @Joahnna Given Uy-Oracle Currently in the issue components screen you do not see the description or a line number, I was to add/move/expose these fields on this screen. For example the operation column below could be replaced with description.
-
Thanks @Brian Stisser and @Ivy Lopez-Oracle That worked but also included items with no activity so I added an additional summary filter to weed those out and it's working great. Cheers, Nickey
-
@Michelle Jabanes-Oracle Different then what? We don't have any department, class or location restrictions...all staff can edit eachothers PO's, Sales Orders, Work Orders etc. Thanks, Nickey
-
@Ivy Lopez-Oracle It turns out that someone revised the BOM qty to be 0 which apparently since that was the only line on the work order automatically flips the work order to a built status. I was able to validate this in Sandbox by completing the same actions. I wouldn't say it makes sense for this to happen, but at least…
-
Hi @Ivy Lopez-Oracle There are no deleted assembly builds. I'll update you when I hear back from support though I assume the answer will include a fix as part of a possible future enhancement or defect as usual. Thanks, Nickey
-
Hi @Ivy Lopez-Oracle The notes make it more weird, this shows the work order going from planned to built which also shouldn't be possible. The crossed off 'set by' are employee names, FYI.
-
@Ivy Lopez-Oracle wow, so until we lock the period the transaction occurs in the system will update the average cost on all transactions within the unlocked period each time it changes and there's no way to prevent this from happening...to lock a transaction as opposed to the period?
-
Thanks @Ivy Lopez-Oracle The piece I'm not understanding is that we haven't edited these transactions. In both of the examples above the transaction was saved and from a user perspective left alone but the system still adjusted the cost on various dates well after the inital date saved as shown in the screenshot. My…

The same thing is happening within inventory adjustments, this system change is causing significant chagnges to the GL impact...why is this happening and how do we stop it?
-
Saw it as soon as I posted, missing } Thanks, Nickey

Hi @Joy Noreen Magoling-Oracle Perhaps I can ask the question in a different way, what were trying to identify is any work order that has a phantom BOM on it that has not expanded correctly so even though it's marked as phantom it's showing as one line only...is there any way aside from the saved search to do this? Thanks,…
-
@Joy Noreen Magoling-Oracle Just one clarification, we don't want to know what the components are on the BOM...we need to know how it's displayed on the workorder so a join to what should be there via the item or BOM revision wouldn't help. What we need to see is how is this assembly being dispalyed on the work order…
-
@Joy Noreen Magoling-Oracle Yes, were using advanced bill of materials. Here is a portion of a bill of materials which shows some items as stock and some as phantom...
-
Hi @Joy Noreen Magoling-Oracle I get no results under 'member item' ...
-
Hey @Joy Noreen Magoling-Oracle 'Member Item' is not an option available to me. There is no current saved search, I'm asking how to create this and the piece I do not know how to achieve is the components. The search will be transaction and start with the following, but I need to know what to add to this in order to see…
-
@Excelsis Sia yes, since the 'number of rows in list segment' preference has no effect on areas such as related records on an item or system information.
-
@Excelsis Sia thank you, but my question was specific to 'all'...is there a way to edit a page to ensure 'all' is an option regardless of the number of results or what the list segment is set to?
-
@Elychelle Gulen-Oracle yes, its enabled To resolve I edited the qty of that line on the sales order to be 0 and added the same item again to the sales order, the item then committed to the new line and I was able to fulfill. A messy workaround but it did the job
-
Hi @Elychelle Gulen-Oracle I understand what's supposed to happen, that's why this is an issue...it works the majority of the time but something went wrong here and I need to figure out how to fix it.
-
Good Morning @Elychelle Gulen-Oracle A location is used on the sales order, PO and receipt as shown above. This is an inventory item, we do use work orders but not in this instance. Steps to reproduce are create PO from sales order and receive PO, return to sales order expeting to be able to fulfill and the item is not…

see above
-
@Ivy Lopez-Oracle that worked! Confusing since there is an actual memo field that we use, but that's great, thank you
-
We don't want to limit the results per page, we want to limit the results within the entire search. This is achievable by using a summary count then criteria based on that count, but in this case we have other data that does not lend itself to being summarized and thus I'm looking for a workaround.
-
@Joahnna Given Uy-Oracle thanks, are you able to confirm the applicable workflow action?
-
@Entartes what's the DOM?
-
The button exists and can be pushed at any time which triggers a script, I'm trying to avoid people having to remember to push it but keep the ability to push it...we want it to work if it's pushed or (for example) if status changes to closed automatically push the button.
-
I haven't started a workflow, I'm first trying to determin if it's possible
-
Hi All Hoping to bump this up for review...what are others doing to workaround this system limitation? It's a possible future enhancement isn't helpful right now unfortunatly
-
@Pauline Cac-Oracle where can I find defects?
