Hey @Jack Daryl Espiel-Oracle Thank you for this info. I checked the scripts and there are no scripts for setting the address as mandatory. I checked the standard forms and the address is mandatory on my side.

Hi @Jack Daryl Espiel-Oracle , In the standard contact form, the address field is mandatory and the check box is highlighted in grey, it's disabled on the customised form view.
