Hi @Vernita, The way that items are monitored and movements are being tracked is through Transfer Orders. Movement of item through two locations can be tracked through this record as well.

Hi @Vernita, For creating of virtual locations, it is the same as creation of regular locations. You can refer to SuiteAnswer 9836 for creating of Locations. Then you can create Transfer Orders to reflect changes in the quantity/movement of items in that virtual location.
