When I send the results within email, then email conditional formatting doesnt work at all. Please suggest

Yes saved search result is working as intended, conditional formatting works in PDF, however when I send the results within email this doesnt works at all. Please suggest what is required to be done.

Please find the attached screen shot, highlighted the field which we dont know what to assign.

Here is the conditional formatting that I applied but when the results are within report this doesnt works, please suggest how to resolve this.

Now I have the option to see all the advanced PDF/HTML templates, please suggest what should be the next steps. I have more than 30 templates in that page, how would I create modify a template as per my use, please help. If there is an article on this how to do please tell and assign different template for different usage

Cleared cookies and cache and still not showing It is a custom role where entitlement for Advanced PDF/HTML Templates applied/added/entitled into my account

Please see the PDF option missing in my NS instance and the other screenshot of Advanced PDF/HTML Templates applied to my account

The option is added in my profile by admin, however when I login into my account those still doesnt shows up. Please help

Attached is the conditional formatting, that works on HTML format, however when report output is excel or CSV, it never shows the conditional formatting colors
