Yes - Sandbox has been VERY slow.

For us, we have one user that cannot even send a NEW email using a template. It's all in HTML code and not readable. However, other users are fine. As I was reading, we tried turning off signature in Home>Set Preferences and clearing cache and it's working fine now!
