So for example in the list above where it says Business Operations: Marketing OPs: Marketing . I would like it to show only Marketing which is the lowest level

I would like Just the lowest level of the departmental hierarchy only

HI Micah, Thanks for your suggestion, This helps when reporting but when entering journals or Purchase orders one will still get the whole departmental hierarchy which is causing selection problems as per below

Thanks Gaurav, That should work and I will try this , In oracle there is a tick box that allows direct posting if it is not Ticked then it will prevent direct posting , I will work with Developer/ACS to gt the above suggestion from Gaurav implemented and keep you posted of the outcome. At the moment I have just setup each level as a child of a parent I have not used a suiteApp did not even know it exists will look into that . Because I have only set it up in the sandbox, I can always change and am open to Ideas.
