Dear Amy Just to make sure you used {tranid} in stead of {trainid} saw it in your reply mail. And does your RMA form use Generate Tranid on save checked? If not, check and test again. I hope this will help.

Solution is to customize a report in Financial Report Builder. Layout should be balance sheet layout. Input fixed asset header and choose asset types.
