My Stuff
Hello Community! Josh Maxwell, a User Experience Researcher for NetSuite Foundation has fun a question for you. Imagine for a moment that NetSuite had an assistant like Alexa or Siri. What would you ask of your NetSuite assistant? Use this survey link to share your top questions to the assistant.
Here are some examples to get your creative juices flowing.
"Did I pay vendor John Doe last month?"
"Take me to my largest sales order for this month."
"What invoices haven't been paid yet?"

I'm sorry. This would be starting with a Sales Order. Not invoice. I'd like to see how much has been billed and recognized at a line item level. I see some suiteanswers recommendations to use Amount Recognized in search columns, but this is not an available field for me in search results.

Thanks for looking into this. I see that this does work to allow printing, but not in a practical way. Users will never be able to do this on their own. It's nice to know it is possible, just not useful to allow users to leverage the rich text field and then expect to print.

I think that SuitePeople handles a lot of this. If not using SuitePeople, you would have to build out a lot of custom records, forms, fields, etc in NetSuite
