If I am not mistaken the major update is in November each year, the other update is usually very minor. Personally I would like to see the next major update scheduled for April 2013 not November 2012. We are closed this evening, something that is not an issue in April. I had a message that the case was closed on the 6th November but it has come back again today so someone has been fiddling at Netsuite and broken the fix.

I have tried creating a shipping item with the default UPS name and it still appears under more and not under UPS. My customers will not understand Standard/Express/Expedited, heck I have to get he book out to work out what this impenetrable terms mean.

It won't make any difference to existing customers who are set to UPS as default. I hope it is not going to be out "This week" but out tomorrow; this is really hurting us because are not getting any repeat business right now.

Can you tell us what other issues will be fixed in tomorrows update? We are having awful problems with the non-popogation of addresses, shipping costs have to be added manually every time and random errors with a message about having no currency set!! We are also unable to edit the shipping method of orders already placed…

The site Map generator generates an xml file. We should be able to schedule this to happen say weekly or manually. If have answered my own question, I have nested the tag in a table. This worked OK, but then it has the same old standard template problem with the but button being out of line with the quantity box. The only way I could find around the problem was to remove the tag and hardwire the code. Does this contravene reccomended…
