At the moment I think some 700+ published saved searches have been removed from my website and replaced with empty categories. The strange thing is that some of the saved searches still work even though in list/web site/categories they are listed as empty categories now.

Every published Saved Search has been converted to an empty category. The website is cached so it is slowly removing products from my sites category by category. I have called my rep and apparently they are migrating data to the European data centre this afternoon.... so I guess this is only going to affect European…

If you are using published saved searches I suggest you check your sites by going to Lists/Web Site/categories and look to see of your published saved searches still exist.

I am raising orders hit submit... "your connection timed out. - please log in" aagh. Start again. The European data centre is much faster than the old data centre but it is a lot more fragile we seem to go down a lot more frequently.

This is really awful, we have lost 50% of our business today. I take an order from a customer and hit save and it clear the screen and tells me to log in again and I have lost all record of the order. So I am now having to screen shot every order before I hit save.

This is simply terrible I cannot process either sales orders, fulfilments not purchase orders today we are unofficially closed.

Well yes and now. We have having long delays in importing I can confirm that. But much worse its tryto edit a single product. A simple edit and save is typical taking 5 minutes...

Is it my imagination or is this forum slow as well? My website has has speed issues for the last two-three weeks and I have filed defects but it is not taken seriously however I know that my site used to be a lot faster, it is doing my business so much damage.

My big problem is editting an item and doing a "save as" do any of the above defects cover that? Are all these defects symptomatic of the same problem?

If I open a product modify it hit "Save as" I think have to wait about 5 minutes for the item so save. Doing a CSV upload can take more than 20 minutes for a very small file. This is really frustrating as I am really held up today, I can't do much work at this pace.

I have just tried to send an email to a friends @me.com email address and that is not being delivered either. I am sure that Apple is blocking Netsuite.

Troy does this mean a Netsuite customer is infacted and this is having a knock on affect to all of us? Don't campaigns come from a different domain to our bills and order confirmations? We are down in the UK (CP Lighting). We can all log in but we cannot create sales orders and we cannot fulfil any orders it is as if the server has gone read only. Thank you. It seems it does not appear because it is a dependant field. This means I have to make a saved search, download the file, edit it, then upload. This is madness I should be able to do this using mass update.

Has anyone been able to call Netsuite about this problem? I have not been able to create a support case.
